Mail Chimp Integration and recurring events not functioning

We have the following versions:
Event Espresso v3.1.37.18.P
Events Calendar Add-on v2.2.9.p
JSON API Add-on v2.1.4.P
Recurring Events Manager Add-on v1.1.9.p
Social Media Buttons Add-on v1.1.7
EE3 MailChimp Integration v1.3.p
Expires: 2021-09-20 (UTC)
Custom Template Add-on v1.2.p

The Mail Chimp integration does not work and the recurring events also are not available. Why?

Hi there,

When you say they aren’t available, what is happening?

Does ‘MailChimp Integration’ show up under the Event Espresso main menu?
