Last week we had issues with adding additional attendees but fix seems to have knocked out the Featured Content glider on our Homepage. My programmer is gone for the week. Desperate for help. Any suggestions?

That sounds more like an issue with the theme than Event Espresso. The best place to get theme support would be from the theme author. If they refuse to help, we might be able to fix it. We generally require the purchase of a support token to fix third party themes.
If you can post a link to the home page, I can take a quick look and suggest a fix if it’s something I can find from the front-end.
Hey Christian,
It’s definitely a jQuery no-conflict problem. I’m seeing this error in the console on that page:
“Uncaught TypeError: Property ‘$’ of object [object Window] is not a function”
coming from the theme’s javascript files. WordPress and Event Espresso use the jQuery “no-conflict” mode (http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_enqueue_script#jQuery_noConflict_wrappers) and WordPress recommends that theme authors do the same in order to avoid this problem. If you would like to purchase a priority support token, we can go into the theme files and fix it for you.
Sidney sent you an email asking for FTP credentials. Can you reply to him, please?
