Lost Mijireh out of Payment Methods

Hi, mijireh seems to have disappeared from the payment methods?
Any help would be appricated, we were just about to go live with this payment method. we are using the latest version of EE4.

There should be no reason for just one to disappear. Are there any error messages?

If not, can you turn on WP_DEBUG and see if there are any error messages then?
