Lost Credit Card Bookings

Hi
We have suddenly started loosing the details of delegates who are paying with a credit card. The system is sending confirmation emails to us, but the details do not appear online in EE. The first booking to disappear was around Friday 22nd – we don’t think we have changed any settings in EE – so anyone have any ideas?

Hi Paul,

They may be in the database but they’re not displaying because of a filter that’s set in the event overview. If you go in to edit the event, then click attendees, then export a list of attendees are they missing there?

Hi Josh,

Thanks for the propmt response. Yes if we export the list the contacts are present, but changing the filters – eg Month, Paid, Pending, Incomplete – does not appear to make any difference to the reports shown on screen, which still don’t list the credit card bookings.

Hi Paul,

It may be an event status filter then. If you click on the link to the event overview, then set the filter to display all events, then you can try loading up the attendee list.

Hi Josh,

Thanks for the answer though this still doesn’t appear to have solved the issue. I’ve gone to Event Espresso/Event Overview and selected All Events/All Attendees but it still doesn’t show the delegates under the attendees link.

I have also just noticed that I am now missing a couple more attendees, this time ones who have not paid and are a mixture of self-registrations & additions from me.

Can you check to see if there is anything entered in the Live Search Filter field?

Hi Josh,

Just got in this morning and discovered that the missing attendees have reappeared! I have no idea why this is but it seems to have resolved the issue by itself.

The live search filter was blank the whole time btw.

Hi,

I will mark this as resolved, so if the issue crops up again, please start a new thread and link to this one. Hopefully the issue will not rear it’s head again.
