Hi as per Topic Losing Registrations :https://eventespresso.com/topic/losing-registrations/
We have fixed the error with Temp folder but the issue is not resolved. At the moment we don’t have any open events but I can re-open an old event if you wish to recreate the problem.
Thanks ============================================================================================= ============================================================================================= ============================================================================================= ============================================================================================= ============================================================================================= Your server has fsockopen and cURL enabled. ` |

Hi, OK; I think it will be best if we could get login details to do some testing on this, if that is ok? If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ NOTE: login details need to be Admin level, FTP details would be good too. |

Hi, Further to your email, I thought I would reply here. The issue is still being looked at but the developers have advised it isnt a bug. Basically what is happening is that when the user registers, if they do not pay or finalize the registration, their “session” is still active and can then be overwritten. If the user finalizes the process by paying or reaching the Thank You page, this will not occur. If you as an admin are adding attendees, then they will need to be finalized, by either completing payment or visiting the registration cancelled page at the end (it wont remove the attendees, merely close the session). We are working on a way to make sure that users end the session so if by any chance a real attendee tries to to register more than once it wont affect them. |

THANKS HEAPS |
Event Espresso 3.1.33.3 was released earlier this week and it adds improvements to payment page so people get warned not to click the back button (which could overwrite their prior registration). |
