i’ve been using the plugin to sell tickets to a members-only music festival, and i’m in desperate need of some specific functions, within the plugin, to lower the chances of human error in the ticket application process, and to incorporate group functionality based on successful ticket applications. (i.e. members who buy tickets on a certain day get put into a group, and that information gets stored in their profile.)

is there anyone out there who is willing to work on this for me?
