I am having an issue I have the wrong logo showing on my PDF invoices. When I look in Event Espresso – General Settings, Company Logo the logo I want is there but that is not the logo that is appearing on the PDFs am i looking in the wrong place I have gone thru every tab on EE and can’t find where to change this. |

Hi there, The invoice payment method itself can have a logo set which overrides the company logo. Go to Event Espresso -> Payment methods -> Invoice. In the settings you’ll find a ‘Logo Image’ field, is the ‘incorrect’ image set there? Is so you can set that field to nothing and save, EE will then use the Company Logo set in General Settings. |

I am not seeing Invoice in Payment Methods. It is using the Default Logo for the website and that isn’t what I want it to use for this event. So how can I find or put the invoice method there? |

I did thank you and that’s the standard Invoice payment method. If you don’t see it in payment methods, what do you see? In fact, the above could well just show the same if the Admin name has been changed. Edit – Administrative-Complimentary is the Invoice Payment method that someone has renamed, you can set the logo within that payment method’s settings. |

Doh that is it, that was me we use that for billing our staff geesh. Is that going to cause any other issues? Can I copy that to make a duplicate |

Anyone that uses an invoice payment method it will show up as ‘Administrative-Complimentary’ but other than that, no issues.
We have an addon (Payment methods pro) which allows you to create duplicate payment methods and then set specific payment methods on specific events, however, to be honest, that sounds like it may just complicate the above further. Are you only using that invoice payment method in the admin? It’s not enabled for front end registrations? |

Yes it is just in admin section they can not choose that on front end. |

Then I can’t think of any issues that would force you to change that back to invoice, doing so would mean that any payment made using that payment method would then show up as Invoice rather than ‘Administrative-Complimentary’ would may cause more issues for you than leaving it as is. |
