Our logo was loading on Invoices, but now it’s not because the image was deleted from the site. I’ve been trying to load a new logo, but not having any luck. I’m getting the following message, which references the old image: Warning: getimagesize(http://carolinaepicureanevents.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/CEE_Horizontal_Logo350-300×97.jpg): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found in /home4/carolina/public_html/carolinaepicureanevents.com/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/libraries/shortcodes/EE_Transaction_Shortcodes.lib.php on line 499 I’ve entered the image in General Settings, Payment Methods, and both, replaced the image, hosted it on a remote site, cleared all cache, but no joy. Hi Laura, Can you check the template editor for the Invoice in Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message Templates? The old URL may still be set there. |

May I ask what’s the URL that’s set for the logo in Event Espresso > General Settings, and what’s the URL that’s set for the logo in Event Espresso > Payment Methods > Invoice Settings? |

It was my latest attempt at a fix. The correct image shows under the spot where the url is entered in both places. |
Thank you. One way to fix this will be to go in to the template editor for the Invoice in Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message Templates, then remove: Then click the save button. |

Yes, it worked. I could see the logo on the Invoice on my computer screen. It worked as long as I downloaded the PDF. The error happened again if I clicked the “Receipt” button. This fix will get me through the current event I’m producing. After that, I may do a little more work on the issue. Thanks again, Josh. |
Hi Laura, The same fix can be applied to the Receipt template in Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message templates. |
