Hi
the logo shows on the online invoice but not in the pdf file. The pdf file has a message saying “image not found”.
Would you please tell me what I have to do to get the logo to show up in the pdf file as well?

Hi Erika,
It’s likely your webhost has allow_url_fopen() deactivated on the server. The PDFs are generated using a script called DOMPDF which requires the allow_url_fopen() function to be enabled so it can pull in the images and styles. You can contact your host to see if they can check on activating that function.
If they find that allow_url_fopen() is activated then it may be the server configuration is preventing the request with some form of hotlink protection.
DOMPDF treats each image and script as an external source and loads the file using the full URL, and this may trigger hotlink protection on the site.
