Hi there,
Very new to EE so apologies for such basic questions!
I am having trouble logging in to the ipad or iphone app. I am entering what I believe to be the correct username, password and website address.
It keeps saying ‘invalid username, lost your password?’ but then gives no options for me to do anything else
Any ideas on this would be appreciated

Yes that’s the app i’ve downloaded . How do i link you to an event? Sorry im completely new to this

No problem, you can just post the link to the event here.
So if you view the event in your browser and you can grab the address at the top. Just post that here, for example:
http://www.example.com/event/my-awesome-event/

No, it’s not been published because I dont really know what i’m doing yet so I just want to learn all about the plug in first before we use it. If I sent you our login details could you see if you can undertsnad why I am having problems logging in to the app?

Hi there,
Ok I got logged in to the app using the word press general log in details, I thought when I registered for EE the username and password I signed up with would be used for the sign in to the app and not the general wordpress login
Are there any online video tutorials for going through the whole EE4 set up ? I am a visual person and find following text very difficult when learning. If someone shows me something once I get it but find it difficult to follow scrolls of info
