Hi,
When a user who is not logged in tries to sign-up for a class they receive a message saying “You are not logged in.
Before you can reserve a spot, you must register.
If you are a returning user please Login
New users please Register”
We’d like to change the wording of this message. Where is it located?

Hello Lam,

That message is in the Wp User Integration (Members) plugin core files, specifically the member_functions.php at approx line 140.

You could edit the file directly but any updates will over write those changes.

You can change the text via the translation files https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-change-wording-with-poedit/

You could also use a script such as this http://www.viper007bond.com/2011/07/13/changing-core-wordpress-strings/ to change the text.
