Hello!
We have Event Espresso 3 currently on our website.
Once we complete the registration button and click submit, sometimes it takes 30 seconds or before loading to the payment page.
This is a problem because many people think that their registration didn’t go through so they click the button again and get double registered.
Is there any way we can add a loading screen or message to let them know that their request/registration is processing?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Hi,
I can advise to update to Event Espresso 4. If you need to stay on Event Espresso 3 for a little while longer what you could do is update the server to PHP 7, which is must faster than PHP 5.

You could add a plugin like this one:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/loftloader/
which will add a loading animation. The premium upgrade for that plugin also allows for adding a custom message.
