List of registered events in user profile in WordPress backend is gone

Hi EventEspresso Team,

We have several users, that don’t have any list of registered events in the WordPress user profile backend anymore. Hence those users can’t edit or cancel their registration of the already registered events. What must I do to get it to work again?

Can you tell me your EE plugin version, together with all EE add-on that is activated?

Can you also tell me if this thing working before? and when was the time you notice it did not?

How do you create user account?
