All of my employees have the app downloaded on their phones so they can see how many people are registered for class. I just realized that while I can click on an event and then on ‘Attendees’ and their list of names pop up, along with the amount they should pay, my employee’s don’t have that option on their app. I don’t use the check-in system and haven’t paid for anything extra on the app – just using the free version – but I can’t figure out why they can’t see the list of names. It sounds like maybe their user level doesn’t have the WordPress user role capabilities related to viewing registrations. The documentation has specific information about the minimum required user capabilities for using the app:
