As a result of covid 19 i lost all income on my website. I since made it a multisite, and started building a second website for online events. However, i cant add the second license to my new site because i dont have the otion to?

im including screenshots of my current website (with active license) and my new site showing how it doesnt ask me about the license. thank you!

Hi,

When you use multisite, there’s only one copy of Event Espresso (the plugin) installed. So you only need one key for the entire multisite. That’s why there’s only one place to put a key, on the main site’s EE > General Settings page.

The reason you’re seeing the “only one domain” error is because one of your keys is one at 3 different sites. I’ll go ahead and reset the key, then you’ll need to remove the key from localwpimport.local and vsme-inc-2020.local.

Then you’ll go to your main site’s Event Espresso > General Settings page and click Save.
