linking to a pdf form within an event not working anymore

the “Add Media” upload – select the pdf form – insert into event – is no longer creating a link to the form as it previously did. we have not changed anything on our end. How do we fix this?

Hi there,

May I ask what happened when you click the insert into event button? Just nothing?

If you open up Chrome Dev Tools (or similar) and retest, does it show any errors in the ‘Console’ section?
