Please use the WordPress login details below. I have tested login details and you should now be able to access WordPress ** REMOVED ** The invoice is already set up but the link to the downloadable invoice is not included in the Payment confirmation email. Please advise

At what point in the process is the invoice sent to the registrant? Currently our registrants are not receiving invoices confirming payment even though they have been set up in our system |

Hi Andy, As these forums are public I highly recommend you reset the above password and resend using the redeem a support token form, or https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ Anyone could have viewed those credentials over the weekend.
The invoice isn’t ‘sent’ to the registrants, on the thank you page there is a link to view your order confirmation, they can click that and from there ‘switch’ to the invoice. And/Or you can include the link directly to the invoice within the registration emails, but the invoice itself is never sent directly, only a link back to your site to open the invoice. We can add the link to the email to the ‘Payment Received’ email if that’s what you are looking for? |

Hi there, I just checked and no new credentials are available, may I ask which form did you use? If prefer you can change the user account you created to use the email address Once we have the credentials this will not take long to add onto your site. |

I’ve changed the user account email to support@eventespresso.com. I was having trouble resubmitting the login credentials. Thanks |

Thank you, I’ve added the link to that template. It’s currently below the event list section of the email but it can be placed anywhere within the email content if you let me know where you prefer it to load. |

They’ll receive the ‘Registration Approved’ message (and the payment received email). Each message template can have multiple ‘contexts’ in which they are used, for example the ‘Registration Approved’ message has a ‘Event Admin’, ‘Primary Registrant’, ‘Registrant’ context, you’ll want to edit the ‘Registrant’ context: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/messages-system-working-with-message-contexts/ |
