We’ll let you know if we need FTP access to troubleshoot, or if you can resend the support token form and include FTP info then we’ll have that information ready if we need it.
Hmm. Actually we can’t log into the site with what you sent. Can you temporarily deactivate the two factor log in? Also, it may be best to create a temporary WP admin account and send that information via the support token form.
OK I can see that your site currently has decaf installed and has The Events Calendar installed. The two plugins both use /events/ so one needs to be changed to not use /events/.
Option 1) You can upgrade to caffeinated by going here: http://namiwichitafalls.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_general_settings
then you click on the Upgrade Now button.
Then you go to Event Espresso > Events > Templates and you change the Event Slug setting to something other than events. Maybe change that to be tickets?
and change the Events URL slug setting to something other than /events/
