When i opened this link in “chrome”, all “Manage Event Promotional Codes” that i added are listed fine,
but when i opened this link in firefox, “Loading…” comes istead of listing.

Hi,
The promo codes page uses AJAX (JavaScript) to load the information, so if the Loading just appears, then there is likely a JavaScript error.
Can you open up the Firefox console and see if any errors appear? (Right click the Loading text and select Inspect Element, then click the Console tab at the top of the screen that appears)
Please provide a screenshot or list of any errors that appear in the JS section.
