transaction declined and i dont know where is the problem

LineItemDetails can be present on either the original transaction or the capture transaction, but not both. (Reason Code: 328)

Looking on your site I can only see PayPal Express?

Was this with Auth.net SIM or AIM?

Yes, i turn it off because customer try to pay and it doesnt work.

I turn on again already for you.

I think its Auth.net. AIM

Hmm, are you using auth.net or a reseller account?

As far as I am aware we make a single request to Auth.net for payments meaning the line item details would always be on that single request. I couldn’t reproduce the error on your site myself with some test payments but looking up the error code doesn’t show the same error:

I’d recommend creating a ticket with auth.net themselves as the error is from their servers and see if they can provide any additional information on why it is happening, I’ll also request some feedback from our developers.
