Hi,
Is it possible to set a limitation for attendees younger than 5 years?
We have a limit set to 300 tickets but within this 300 there’s a max of 50 for kids younger than 5. Is there a way to set this limit?

Hi Lisa,
To do that within Event Espresso you would need to create a separate ticket for those registrations.
So a ‘kids under 5’ ticket with a limit of 50.
Then a ‘normal’ ticket for other registrations with either a limit of 300 or possibly 250 if you want under 5 tickets available for sale on their own if the normal tickets sell out (sounds unlikely but I don’t have details of your event to be sure 🙂 )
So assuming the kids tickets would always accompany a ‘normal’ ticket you can set the normal ticket to be required so at least 1 of those tickets can be purchased. You do that by clicking the cog icon on the normal ticket and checking the ‘This ticket is required checkbox’.
Would that work?
