Limit on Free Tickets

Have setup an event with a limit of 20 Free Tickets. Now I have had 5 cancellations. How do change the registration status in the dashboard so those 5 are available?

Have tired changing status to cancelled and not approved but the event still shows as Sold Out.

You’ll probably need to update to the current version of Event Espresso 4, then go to the event editor page for that event and click on the Publish button.
