Limit dashboard alerts to administrators

Dashboard alerts are displaying to subscribers and it’s an undesirable user experience. I’m trying to find a way to make dashboard alerts conditional for administrators only.

What dashboard alerts are you referring to? Do you have a User Role editor plugin installed?
