Hello,

Is it possible that the limit per date in the edit event only counts the sold ticket and not the “pending payment” ?

Is there a way to change this behaviour ?

here’s a screenshot where you the limit is set to 1, but 6 registrations are pending payments,

Thanks !!

Hi Olivier,

How are you today?

Only “Approved” registrations count toward the registration limits. So, you will notice that you have one “sold” which has been approved either manually or if the transaction was successful. The other registrations have not been approved (manually or via a successful payment).

If you want ALL registrations to count toward the registration limit then set the default registration status to approved.

Does that make sense?

The registration status can be different than the transaction status too. So, you can manually approve a registration which counts toward the registration limit even if you have not yet received the payment (that’s the control you have), and you can follow up with them later for the money but their spot is reserved.

Does that help?
