I logged into our dashboard this morning and noticed a message saying that our key is being used on multiple domains. However, when I login to our account it only list one. Can you please provide me with the other domain our key is being utilized at?
I checked into this and it looks like the server pinged our licensing server via its IP rather than the sites domain and it flagged the key, so it’s a false positive.
I’ve reset your license key to remove the notice, you’ll receive a notification on how to re-assign the key (the key does not change when reset) or you can simply leave the site as is and it will re-assign once it pings our licensing server again.
To actually answer your question though, I’ll post the domain and IP in private reply after this one.
