License Warning Received for multi-site install

I have been using EE Event Espresso – 4.9.67.p on WP Multi-Site Version 4.9.8 successfully for a number of years.

I recently got
“Your support license key is only valid for one domain at a time, and our licensing system has detected that you are using your license key on multiple domains. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys, or if you have concerns, please Contact Us.”

Should be concerned?

Based on what I have read in the forum, do I need a reset? Or do I just ignore the warning?

Hi Raffy,

Are you installing EE on multiple sites, or is it activated on the main site?

The notice shown will mean automatic updates don’t work but if I recall correctly from a previous thread you are handling updates manually, is that correct?

The notice will nto have an effect on EE other than updates.

Hi Raffy,

There is actually a bug in 4.9.67.p where it will show the license key field on the sub-sites of a Multisite network. The next update release, 4.9.68.p, has a fix for this. In the meantime, you can review the other sites on the network and if they have a key set, you can simply remove the key. If you continue to get the warning please let us know and we’ll reset the key.

EE is activated only on the main site. I have not problem with the manual update.

4.9.67p has a bug. Noted. I will review the site as you advised.
