I have moved my site from one host to another, however, my event espresso license appears that it is being installed/activated on two different sites, but it is the same site just a new host. I submitted a license reset but, it is still pending and I need the license active on the new host. When will the reset be approved?
I’ve just approved your license key reset and you’ll receive an email with instructions.
In short you’ll need to remove the key from the site (cut), save the settings, replace the key (paste, it’s the same key as before) and save the settings once again to reassign your key.
