When I tried to update, it shows an error
For some old subdir site shows error but for the new subdir site, no warning about license, sbould I reset the license? |
Hi there, Officially, Event Espresso does not support Multisite. Now having said that it doesn’t mean Event Espresso won’t work with it, but that there are a couple of gotchas when using it. The license key gives you access to support and updates for a single site, MultiSite isn’t technically a single site which means it can causes issues with the licensing system. Whilst it is a single install of the plugin files each individual site will ping out servers with a different domain, which throws the above notice. I can reset your license key which should then remove the above notice, it will relink to the first domain which pings our servers using your key and you will likely be in the same situation again on the next update. For MuliSite you may be better managing updates manually by downloading them from your account page: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-upgrade-event-espresso/#ee4-manual-update |
