License not working on my subdir network

HI,

I have 1 domain with subdir network, today I get notification that one of your plugin has update, and give notification like this

A new version of Event Espresso - Automated Upcoming Event Notification (EE 4.9.44+) is available. View What's New with version 1.0.4.p. A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades. Your current account does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

When I tried to update, it shows an error

An error occurred while updating Event Espresso - Automated Upcoming Event Notification (EE 4.9.44+): Update package not available.

For some old subdir site shows error
Your support license key is only valid for one domain at a time, and our licensing system has detected that you are using your license key on multiple domains. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys, or if you have concerns, please Contact Us.

but for the new subdir site, no warning about license,sbould I reset the license?

Hi there,

Officially, Event Espresso does not support Multisite. Now having said that it doesn’t mean Event Espresso won’t work with it, but that there are a couple of gotchas when using it.

The license key gives you access to support and updates for a single site, MultiSite isn’t technically a single site which means it can causes issues with the licensing system. Whilst it is a single install of the plugin files each individual site will ping out servers with a different domain, which throws the above notice.

I can reset your license key which should then remove the above notice, it will relink to the first domain which pings our servers using your key and you will likely be in the same situation again on the next update. For MuliSite you may be better managing updates manually by downloading them from your account page:

thanks for your support, I’ll try to change my website to singlesite to avoid this problem occur again
