License Key – Upgrade Issue

WP: 3.8.1
EE: EE4, no addons
Installed this month, recently deleted and reinstalled on the same domain

Hi, I’m getting this message: You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

I’m not sure why I have this message. Except that I had to deactivate and delete the Event Espresso 4 plugin as well as the whole wp installation so that EE4 would recognize my PHP upgrade from 5.2 to 5.5. When I reactivated, the plugin acts like I’m adding the support license to an additional website and won’t do automatic upgrades.

Please help.

Hi Jason,

You license key has been reset, please go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove (cut) the support license key from within the Your Organisation tab, save the settings, replace the key (paste) and save the settings once more.

You should then be able to use the automatic updates.

Thanks! Now I can update. I clicked update manually. Hopefully that’s okay?
