Purchases Event Espresso in December – new version available but will not auto-update. I am not sure if this is because I already have a free site license as well that needs to be deleted? Please advise. Error message: “You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. “ |
Hi, Sorry for the trouble. We have corrected this issue. You should now see your files and license key in your account. Let us know if you have anymore issues. |

I am still receiving WordPress error message “You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.” I could always see the files and license key. My question is whether the free license key (which is not in use) is causing the issue as we do not have multiple licenses? Kindly advise what we need to do our side. This is ridiculously frustrating as one cannot “manage” one’s licenses and what we have paid for is not usable! |
Hi hsaevents, This can happen for a variety of reasons but the free license key should not be an issue. Do you have a development server setup with Event Espresso? If so please ensure the key is removed from that install. I have reset your premium license key. Please go to Event Espresso -> General Settings. Remove the license key (cut), save the settings, replace the key (paste) and then save the settings once more. That should resolve any further issues. |

Done as instructed – no development server setup. Continue to receive error message, “You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain.” Kindly advise further. |
I see the support license is being used on this domain: http://www.hsa.org.za/wordpress2 Is that the correct site? |

Yes |
Is this a WordPesss Multi-Site install? |
|
|
No it is not a muli-site install. We do have a development environment but Event Esp is not installed on it. |
I have added a new license key to your account and removed the old one. Please remove the current key from Event Espresso. Save the settings. Replace with the new key and save the settings once more. Hopefully you should then have no more issues. |
