License Key Reset – Quick?

Hello,

We had to switch server at the weekend because WordPress would not allow us to use the EventsEspresso plugin however, to update the new server we require a new license key. We cannot accept payments until we get the key. I requested this yesterday but it is still “Pending”. How can this process by fast-tracked?

Hi Ben,

I’m sorry for the delay, it was the weekend and all staff was offline until now. Your key is reset.

In the future if you need to update your plugins and you’re having license key issues, you can manually update the plugins by downloading the newest versions from your account page.
