License Key reset not working

Hi there.
I’ve have done a key reset because we changed the domain, the new license key does not work and we can not make any update.

Hello Manuel,

I have reset your license key. Please remove the key from the field in your settings, save, then reenter the key and save again.

Hello Jonathan.
I’m still having the problem. I’ve done what you said, I have this message: “There is an automatic update for Event Espresso available but your Site License Key has not been set. Please go to the Event Espresso General Settings page to set your Site License Key. You can locate your license key from your account on the Event Espresso website.”
Any other solution.

Hi Manuel,

Please be sure to remove the key from the other site if you have not already done so.

Then we can try resetting the key for your new site again. I’ll reset that right now, and what you can do next is go to Event Espresso>General settings on the new site and remove the key there and save. Then you can go to your account page and copy then paste the key from the account page into the key field in Event Espresso>General Settings, then save again.
