My support license key has stopped working. I am receiving the message: You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.
When I view my account, it shows my license key is properly associated with my website.
I tried to reset the key from my account but it wants me to pay $10. I don’t see why that is necessary as it shows that my key is properly registered to my domain. Would you please reset my key so I can get the updates?
