License key only available for one domain error

Hi,

I’m getting the following error notification:

Your support license key is only valid for one domain at a time, and our licensing system has detected that you are using your license key on multiple domains.

I currently have it installed on a local environment with virtual host, mysite.dev and on my production site, mysite.com

Will this create any issues?

Yes, that will prevent updates when the key is on more than one site. You will need to remove the key from one of the sites to allow updates.

The best thing would be to update on my local and then push it up then?
