License key not valid

In the dashboard it says You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso – Automated Upcoming Event Notification (EE 4.9.44+) but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

but … there is only this one site using that one key, and there is no location in the EE Account to actually somehow check if any other site uses this key, or to disable said unexpected sites.

Fact is, we cannot update EE on this site.

How to proceed?

Hello,

I understand that you want to update the license key and it is not working.

I’ve checked your support license and applied an update it.

I reset your support license key so that you can update your Event Espresso website on your WordPress website.
