License Key not registering on EE

Hi
I’ve put in a license key ‘….feb19f’ and it shows active on the website however when I check in my account in EE it still shows ‘not active on any websites’ for that key.
Can someone help with this please.

Hi Terry,

I checked and it looks like the account associated with that key is up for renewal. The first step to get this straightened out will be to contact the sales team and they’ll follow up.
