I purchased Events Espresso while developing my website using a temporary URL supplied by site host. When I moved actual domain to site and went public, my key is no longer recognized as correct.
Your account here shows that the key is not active for a website. I would start by making sure the developer site has the key removed and saved and the live site has the key added and saved. Please make sure there is nothing blocking access between your site and ours, as they need to communicate.
You can access your licence key by clicking on the Account link inthe navigation at the top of http://www.eventespresso.com.
I did as you requested and after entering the key in my account, this is he message I’m getting:
“You have the correct Site License Key for Espresso Calendar but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”
We’ll need to reset the license key one more time for that error to go away. I’ll reset that right now, and what you can do next is go to Event Espresso>General settings on your site and remove the key there and save. Then you can go to your account page and copy then paste the key from the account page into the key field in Event Espresso>General Settings, then save again.
All done and everyones happy! Latest update installed.
Thanks for your help.
Please close ticket.
