License Key Issues

I reset my license again. This error went away. Then I tried the auto-update to 3.1.28 but a “dowload failed, service unavailable” error was thrown. Now I am getting the license error again.

Getting grumpy over this. Please help.

Hey Bill,

Our developer is reporting that the update issues should be resolved. Your license has been reset.

Thanks Jonathan. The error cleared after I reset the site license again. I have updated to 3.1.28.1 using auto-update.
