License key issue

Hi I brought a license a week or so ago and now my clients site is showing this message: “You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.” What do i need to do to remove this?

Hi Myles,

If you can send us WP-admin log in credentials and FTP credentials, we can update the Plugin update client file and reset the key to resolve this.

If that is possible, please send these via our contact form:
https://eventespresso.com/contact/

Select the “I am sending login info as requested” department form.

Hi Myles,

I manually updated the pue-client.php which resolved the errors. Then reset the key, and the 1-click update to Event Espresso 3.1.28.4 worked as expected. Please let us know if any other error messages about keys appear again.
