I need this for my account- how do I find it? My square is not syncing w/ EE and it is telling me I need this to fix it

Hi there,
We (EventEspresso.com) do not currently have a Square payment method for Event Espresso so may I ask which one you are using?
I’m guessing it is the payment method from WPGateways?

Ok, so I’m not sure what license key you need from Event Espresso as we aren’t connected to WPGateways?
Can you post a screenshot of the error you can see?

We cannot update the plugin because it shows no license key

If you cannot update Event Espresso then you need to set your license key in:
Event Espresso -> General Settings -> License key
(It appears as though it has already been set)
If you can not update the WPGatewasy Square payment method you will need to contact their support as we do not provide support (or updates) for 3rd party add-ons.
