It’s been reset. I see it was also reset yesterday. Let us know if you have continued problems.

Thanks. You are correct – the issue happened twice. First the error on multi registration. The second time on a list of 3 features.

Third time…same errors as second time.
You have the correct Site License Key for
Espresso Groupon
Espresso Permissions Basic
Espresso Ticketing
but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

What is causing this message?

Hi

I have reset the licence key. This really should not be happening as we have changed how we process the licence keys to reduce/stop this from occuring.

Please keep us updated if this occurs again. One thing that is important for us to know is if something has changed when it occurs i.e. you have deactivated and/or reactivated an Event Espresso plugin or you have updated a plugin (manually or automatically).

Thanks

Thanks Dean. I haven’t made any changes to any EE settings or plug-ins. I’ll let you know if this happens a 4th time. Thanks.

I have the same problem after upgrading from 3.1.22.2P manually.

“You have the correct Site License Key for Espresso Groupon but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

Can someone fix this please?

I have reset your license key. Please remove it from the field, save, then reenter and save.

Spoke to soon, the error has reappeared after moving to another page.

Do you have the license key entered somewhere else, like a development site?

Ben

No, this has been my scenario today.
I’ve realised that because I was on the older version of 3.1.22.2P, and there was no automatic updates through wordpress, I would have to manually upload the newer upgrades. I have done that, and all the add ons were fine one by one, by adding them, then deactivating the older files, activating the new ones, then deleting the older files.
All of the upgrades were fine, up until I deleted the core espresso files 3.1.22.2P, which after deleting, the error above then appeared.

Sent as requested Jonathan. Thanks.

Hi Ben,

It looks like the issue is resolved now. I deactivated/reactivated both Event Espresso and the Groupons add on. Then I cleared the support key, saved, enter it back, then saved again. I’ve clicked through several areas of the dashboard it seems to be resolved.

Let me know if you have anymore issues.

Hello bbradley,

I logged into your site and could see no error messages anywhere. I assume that this has resolved itself. Please can you clarify so we can mark this thread as resolved.

Thanks

I’m afraid this has reappeared again, it doesn’t seem to be stopping me actually using anything with espresso, but its just annoying and misleading.
View again to see for yourself.

I have reset it again. If it comes back Please start a new thread and advise us. I will be passing this onto the developers to look into more.
