Hello, We are currently getting the following error after recently migrating our website to a new server:

Your support license key is only valid for one domain at a time, and our licensing system has detected that you are using your license key on multiple domains. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys, or if you have concerns, please Contact Us.

Our domain is still but we need to address the error. If you can please email with your response that would be great. Thank you so much for your help!

Hi there,

You key pinged our servers from a new. domain, which then flags you key as being used multiple domains.

To fix this I’ve reset your license key and you should receive additional details via email.

Any further issues just let us know.

Looks like you key has already re-assigned so you shouldn’t need to do anything more.

If you still have a notice regarding your support license just dismiss it, its a persistent notice so it stays until you dismiss. If that notice comes back please let me know.
