Hello –

We rebranded and relaunched our site using one of our EE licenses. We released the license from old to open for new but have recently been getting this message.

“You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”

We have licenses for 2 sites – the one in question is for dexterity tennis.com which should replace the license for jeffaronstennis.com

Please let me know what to do

Hi Matt,

Your key is still assigned to the old domain so I’ve just reset the key not assigned to jeffaronstennis.com now.

On you new site go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the key (cut) from the license key field and save.

Replace the key (paste) and save again.

That should re-assign your key to the new domain.

Hmm, strange.

Your license key is still active on the previous domain as that site has pinged out servers and reassigned the key.

Do you still have access to jeffaronstennis.com? If so, Go to Event Espresso -> General Settings and remove the key, then save. EE will continue to work there but will not show updates.

I can’t see any pings from your new domain which can happen for a few reasons it is generally another plugin hooking in and altering the request or it is blocked by a firewall.

I’ve reset your key again and will key an eye on the legs to confirm if there is a request from the new domain.
