Hello

I have multisite (mostly because of language and region split) for our B2B event ticket promo and when I go to setup the licence in the configuration I get this error:

Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

The url is
/wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=event_espresso&license_key=true#license_key

Hi there,

Which specific version number of Event Espresso 4 are you running on the site, please? You can find it in Dashboard -> Plugins, or at the bottom of the admin Dashboard.

Are you running Event Espresso through a Multisite Network? If so the licence key field will only show on the main site, because there is only a single instance of Event Espresso to manage.

thanks

Hi Rio.

It is little confusing but it is solved.

Yes I have multisite network and I expected to enter the license in Network admin plugin lists not in the ‘main’ site of the multisite network…

But it works now…
