I previously had a ticket open for Payment Received emails not sending which can be seen here: OLD POST
To update you on why this wouldn’t work it is due to GoDaddy blocking all outgoing mail as everything has to run through there own servers. So I have no switched hosting but am having issues with the Licence Key as it is installed on the old website. How can I resolve this issue?
You can remove the key from the old website (if the old website is still there). Then we’ll reset your support license key.
