Licence Issue

Hi there,

we have premium plugin which all add ons should be included, I have activated the licence but when I go to extra tab in wordpress menu for event espresso, the other add on are not included and it says buy now?

Can you advise how to fix this?

Hi Aaron,

Although in your other thread you’ve worked this out I’ll add some details for future readers.

The Extras -> Extensions & Services is static and does not change depending on your license type, its basically links to eventespress.com to view/purchase the add-ons.

You need to download the add-ons from your account page here on eventespresso.com and install them onto your site.
