Hi!
I was wondering if you guys could help me out, i am using EE for over a year now and as our business is expanding i am looking for some extra features.
Is there an add on that can help me let:
– Clients pick options and the price will be set together by picking those options.
For example: someone can join an event with or without accommodation. And they would be able to click and choose “With” or “without” and for both of them there is a different price.
So with multiple options a price is set together giving a price that fits every clients needs?
Then if that is possible i have the second question:
– After those options are chosen would it be possible to provide an invoice for the clients with the downpayment on their (which they need to pay online right away) and then it subducts itself from the total price. So what is left is the personal price which a client still needs to pay with an end date?
If you need more information let me know, i really really really need these features and possibly more!

Hi,
With EE3 it is sort of possible, by using the Price Modifier (beta) addon. This addon allows customers to select questions which then alter the ticket price.
Please note it cannot be used with Multiple Event Registration addon. See here for more info: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/espresso-price-modifier-add-on/
The second question sounds like partial payments. EE doesn’t support partial payments formally, but some customers have made it work for them. See here for an unsupported guide – https://eventespresso.com/wiki/setting-partial-payments-ee/

Hi Dean!
Thank you for the quick response! Your first link looks pretty good with the price modifier add on. But do you know when a stable version would be available as this is beta and our total income relies on it when we start using it?
Also unfortunately the other link you have send me is a 404, so can’t see that one.
If what i am looking for is not there yet, would it also be possible to let it custom developed for EE by one of your guys? If so how much would that cost?

Hi,
The Price Modifier addon will never come out of beta, as we have moved onto EE4, and EE3 beta addons are no longer worked on.
That being said it is fairly stable. The only issues I am aware of is that it cannot really be used with Multiple Event Registration (some customers have hacked it to work though) and it doesn’t handle 0 values.
Download it, test it, see if it works for your needs.
The other link is my mistake. We took the document offline as it was causing support issues, and as I am an admin I still saw it. Due to the support issues I cannot make this public, sorry about that.
We *can* offer custom development work but it depends on the job and our developer availability, which is often limited at best as they are hard at work creating and improving our products.

Thanks for asking this question Pim! I had the exact same problem. It’s too bad a stable version isn’t available, as this feature is a deal-breaker for me. Hopefully in the future…
