Legacy is creating tickets

We need a platform that is blank and does not populate “available” tickets into the field. Even making one default and not delectable. Our event categories change and the fees change so prepopulated tickets are a hindrance.

Can we have the old program back?

Hi there,

I’m not sure what you mean by the old program?

EE4 has always generated a default ticket/datetime so I’m not sure I follow.

But the only time a default ticket is generated is when the event is originally generated, is this happening at different steps for you?

Can you add some more details, please?

When I create a new event, all the tickets are populated already. I try to edit them, but there doesn’t seem to be a place to save the edits. I try to delete them, on another screen and they disappear, on the backend, but are still there on my form when I return. In addition, one won’t delete, it is locked and default with incorrect information. this is all since the latest update was installed.

Something has clicked, I wish I knew what it was, for when I run into this again. tI’s working like it used to.
