We have a theme from Elegant theme with a page builder module http://www.elegantthemes.com/gallery/elegant-builder/
This is not available on the Edit Event page. ? How could we access this. At the very least we would like the event page to be a full page and look like this…

right now I create a page using the layout builder and insert the shortcode for registration on the page. Any suggestions… when clients use the calendar to go to the event they go to the event page…. I don’t want to duplicate work but I want the layout we have now on the Event Page.

Hi, please see this tutorial for getting a set of starter templates running:

When you locate an existing template to duplicate for archive-espresso_events.php, be sure that this file is a full width template for your theme. It may also be called no-sidebar layout or something similar.
If you are also wanting no sidebar on the single event pages, then also apply similar edit for the single-espresso_events.php.
archive-espresso_events.php = layout for events listing page
single-espresso_events.php = layout for single event pages
