Hi guys, I’m currently in the process of building a new version of our website.

Any ideas why the grid function isn’t displaying correctly? At the moment all of the shows are listed vertically and not horizontially.

You can see it here – https://theyorkshireweddingevent.co.uk/tickets/

It should look more like this – https://theukweddingevent.co.uk/show-venues/

Hi there,

What grid system is that, please?

That’s not an output from Event Espresso itself so just trying to work out where its from.

Hi Tony, I have just added your shortcode which I have tried before and that has a similar issue.

[ESPRESSO_GRID_TEMPLATE]

Hi there,

I can see you are using the element template on the page. Can you please change the page template to see if that helps?

If you are still facing issues can you please share the logins so that we can take a look at it:

Have you checked if there’s plugin conflict?

You can use https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ or any similar plugin.

You can do the above using Troubleshooting mode:

Tools -> Site Health -> Troubleshooting -> Enabled Troubleshooting mode.

That will disable all plugins and switch to a default theme and then allow you to enable specific plugins troubleshooting mode. Once disabled you will revert back to the current state.

If you can’t find the problem Can you fill this form, please include your FTP credentials. Do you have staging site where we can do the test? or can we do the test on your live site? or we can clone your site and check it in our local machine.

thanks

Hi Rio, you can change directly on this live site. It is purely a test site on a separate domain.
